Magnolia Roots salon is a single chair salon suite, perfect for a more one on one experience. You are special and your happiness is my priority.

We will have a detailed consultation at the beginning on your appointment. Please bring one inspiration picture and have your hair history in mind. We will discuss options to achieve your goal and pricing.

Throughout the service, we will use Kevin Murphy products/color, Virtue Labs, and K18. These products are some of my favorites to achieve desired looks. We will also discuss the best take home care kits for your hair.

Relaxation starts when you walk in with refreshments, snacks, and a calm environments. We will continue the relaxation with a shampoo experience and neck massage. Once we are finished coloring and cutting, we will style your hair, discuss at-home care, and send you off feeling like your “authentic” self!

Policies and Procedures

  • I do offer a waitlist to all scheduling guests. If you do not see an appointment that works for your schedule, you are welcome to add yourself to my waitlist for a chance to claim an appointment if it becomes available.

  • If you need your hair done ASAP and do not see any appointments that work for you, I do offer off business hours appointments to guests. To ask about these appointments, text or call 317-313-0732. These appointments will be charged an overtime fee of $50.

  • A credit card is required to be kept on file in order to schedule an appointment. Your card is not charged for your service until the service is complete. Your card is also secure through my booking website called GlossGenius.

  • Here at Magnolia Roots Salon, I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you need to return to the salon for a color or cut adjustment, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment. I do not offer refunds of any kind.

  • As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please let me know if you are unable to make your appointment 36 hours before your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule in your 36 hour window, you will be charged a 50% fee.

  • No call no shows will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.

  • Magnolia Roots Salon has a 15 minute tardiness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes, we may have to change your service or reschedule completely

  • I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore I respectfully require at least 36 hours notice for cancellation or service changes to your appointment.

    If you cancel within the 36 hour window, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment.

    If you cancel on the same day as your appointment (unless emergency/sickness), you will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled appointment.
